京焼今展2019「渾然楽事 –Sense of Wonder」にて開催の写真展、無事終了いたしました 2019/11/27
お越しくださった皆さま、気にかけてくださった皆さま、心より感謝申し上げます。そして、関係者の皆さま、床の間の室礼にご協力くださった茶人の中山福太朗さんに深くお礼申し上げます。
急遽決まった写真展、出展と撮影を同時に行い大変なこともたくさんありましたが、初めての茶室での展示は、たくさんの発見と学びにあふれ、素晴らしい経験になりました。ありがとうございました。

“The Piles of ON and OFF”
– Photo exhibition of archives and around there.
今のやきものを作り出すため、学び意見を交わすひととき。いつもと違うチューニングを合わせるように、本のページを行き来して検索するように。色々なスイッチをオン・オフしながら活動する様子を見つめてきました。記録撮影を担って5年目、これまでのアーカイブと共に、この周辺で撮影した写真を加え展示いたします。
Spending the time to learn and exchange opinions to create the pottery that symbolizes the age we live in “now.” It’s like searching for different tunings and trying to go back and forth between pages of the book. I’ve been watching them how various switches are tuned on and off while working on this project. Exhibiting the archives in the fifth year of documenting, and some my private artwork photographing among this project.

記録撮影を担って今年で5年目になる、焼きもののプロジェクト「京焼今展」。その活動のこれまでのアーカイブとともに、その周辺で撮影した写真も加え展示いたします。

「渾然楽事 – Sense Of Wonder」
喜びや祝いは日常の中に渾然としてある。しかし、それらを日々に埋もれさせる習慣をつけてしまったかもしれない。大きな好機や転機を待ちすぎなのかもしれない。既知と思う事が増えると、新鮮な驚きをもって発見し直すような姿勢や視点が薄れてしまう。楽事という語感によって、その障壁を打破したい。子供達が石ころを拾い、そこでゲームを創出して楽しむように、その小さな発明発見をお祝いするように、多くの人が楽事を日常化することを願う。
今回は楽事人を選ぶことにした。あとは楽事人に託した。
楽事人が作家を選び、両者が渾然一体となり演出した作品空間に、来場者も主客未分の渾然体験になれば本望である。

本年の「京焼今展・渾然楽事」は、楽事人となった人物がパートナーとなる作家を選び、渾然一体となって制作した作品の展覧会です。

Joy and celebration are infused in everyday life. Yet, sometimes this gets lost in our everyday customs and habits. We tend to wait for the favorable conditions of great moments or milestones to take time to celebrate. As we take more and more things for granted our ability to uncover fresh wonders becomes diluted. In this exhibition, it is our hope to break through this obstacle to wonder, returning it to everyday life just like the tiny inventions of children who generate games from sticks and stones.
